Deine Mission:

Du bist die firmeninterne Anlaufstelle für die Buchhaltung
Die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Teile der Debitorenbuchhaltung sind bei Dir angesiedelt
Die Abwicklung und Kontrolle des Zahlungsverkehrs liegen in Deiner Verantwortung
Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Bereich Analysen und Controlling
Du erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (inkl. Revisionsunterlagen)
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Accounting Partnern in Holland, Frankreich und Österreich zusammen und stellst eine saubere Intercompany Abrechnung sicher

Dein Profil:

Du hast eine kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
Du hast dich idealerweise im Bereich Rechnungswesen bereits weitergebildet, bist allenfalls daran dich zur Fachperson Finanzen weiterzubilden
Du bringst mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Kreditoren mit und bist routiniert und sattelfest in der Verbuchung der korrekten MWST-Codes
Du arbeitest gerne in einer Schnittstellen- und Drehscheibenfunktion und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick
Du hast eine hohe Integrität, übernimmst jederzeit Verantwortung für dein Tun und bist sehr verlässlich
Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch ist ein Plus
Du verfügst über sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse und bist IT-Affin

Your mission:

You are the company's internal contact point for accounting
You are responsible for accounts payable and parts of accounts receivable accounting
You are responsible for processing and controlling payment transactions
You take on tasks in the area of analysis and controlling
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements (incl. audit documents)
You work closely with our accounting partners in the Netherlands, France and Austria and ensure accurate intercompany accounting

Your profile:

You have a commercial or equivalent qualificationIdeally,
you have already completed further training in the field of accounting, and are possibly in the process of training to become a finance specialist
You have several years of practical experience in the area of accounts payable and are experienced and confident in posting the correct VAT codes
You enjoy working in an interface and hub function and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
You have a high level of integrity, take responsibility for your actions at all times and are very reliable
You speak fluent German and English, French is a plus
You have very good Microsoft Office skills and are IT-savvy
