For legal reasons, we are required to point out that the collective agreement minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 4,271. However, our attractive compensation packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore usually significantly higher than the stated minimum salary.

What You’ll Own & Elevate:
- Lead the Austrian Market
You’re the engine behind El Tony Mate’s success in Austria. You bring the brand to life locally by executing activation plans, building strong partnerships with key retail and gastronomy players, and ensuring availability and visibility in all the right places. You work closely with the International Team to align on priorities — and then make it happen on the ground. - Build & Lead a Strong Local Team
- You hire, lead, and develop a team that shares your ambition. You foster a clear, hands-on culture of ownership and collaboration — empowering your crew to bring ideas to life and drive results.
- Own Market Strategy & Execution
Working closely with our International Brand Team, you translate global strategy into sharp, local execution. You know what works in your market — and you make it happen with speed, consistency, and impact. - Build Brand Experiences That Stick
You support and guide the local team in creating bold, authentic activations — from testings to partnerships to in-store presence. Your role is to bring the right people together, give direction, and ensure that every activation aligns with El Tony Mate’s identity and helps drive trial, visibility, and love for the brand. - Develop Strong Retail & Distribution Touchpoints
You focus on the channels that move volume and shape perception. Your network in Retail and OFF-Trade environments is a strong asset — and you know how to turn those relationships into long-term partnerships and visibility wins. - Own Budget & Performance
You are fully accountable for the Austrian market’s performance. From managing the P&L and setting sales targets to overseeing budgets and resource planning — you ensure sustainable growth and profitability. You treat the market like your own business and drive decisions that balance commercial impact with long-term brand value. - Act as the Local Brand Voice
You act as the main ambassador for El Tony Mate in Austria — building strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and stakeholders to grow the brand in a credible and impactful way. You ensure the brand is consistently represented in line with our global vision, while tailoring the approach to local market needs and opportunities.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership, sales or market development within the FMCG or beverage industry
- Strong track record in building and managing strategic partnerships (retail, distributors, gastronomy)
- Ability to lead with ownership mindset — accountable for both performance and people
- A natural team leader who develops talent and fosters a culture of accountability and creativity
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on – you know when to zoom out and when to get involved
- Solid understanding of P&L management and market dynamics
- Fluent in German and English
- Willing to travel regularly within Austria
