Deine Mission:

Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruitingprozess, national und international
Du planst und führst Interviews und begleitest unsere Führungskräfte als Sparringpartner*in im Prozess
Du sorgst für eine starke Candidate Experience – ehrlich, menschlich, begeisternd
Du entwickelst bestehende Prozesse weiter
Du denkst unser Employer Branding mit und bringst kreative, auch gern mal unkonventionelle Ideen ein
Du organisierst Workshops und schulst unser internationales Leadershipteam in moderner, werteorientierter Rekrutierung
Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Head of People and Culture zusammen und gestaltest den Bereich aktiv mit
Wenn du Lust hast, bringst du dich auch in übergeordneten HR-Projekten ein

Dein Profil:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting, idealerweise sowohl in einem Start-up als auch in einem Grossunternehmen - du bringst das Beste aus beiden Welten zusammen.
Werteorientierte Rekrutierung ist für dich kein Fremdwort
Du bist schnell, exakt und strukturiert, Qualität und Effizienz gehören für dich zusammen
Du setzt den Standard im Recruiting hoch und gehst für eine exzellente Candidate Experience gern die Extrameile
Du hast ein feines Gespür für Menschen, bist empathisch und kommunikationsstark
Du bringst neue Perspektiven und kreative Ideen mit
Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, hands-on und mit viel Eigeninitiative
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse.

Your mission:

You own the entire recruiting process – nationally and internationally
You lead interviews and guide our leadership team throughout the hiring journey
You create a candidate experience that’s inspiring, human, and authentic
You continuously improve existing recruiting processes
You bring fresh, creative (even unconventional) ideas to our employer branding
You organize workshops and train our international leadership team on modern, value-driven recruiting
You work closely with our Head of People and Culture and help shape the future of the function
You’re also welcome to contribute to broader HR projects if that’s your thing

Your profile:

Several years of recruiting experience – ideally from both start-up and corporate environments
You know what value-based recruiting really means and why it matters
You’re fast, precise, structured – for you, quality and efficiency go hand in hand
You set a high bar for recruiting and love to go the extra mile for an outstanding candidate experience
You have a sharp sense for people, strong empathy, and excellent communication skills
You bring new perspectives and creative ideas
You work independently, hands-on, and take initiative
You speak German, English and French fluently
