Deine Mission:

Du betreust das tägliche HR-Geschäft über mehrere Länder hinweg
Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei allen personalrelevanten Fragen
Du kümmerst dich um saubere HR-Prozesse – vom Onboarding über Vertragswesen bis zum Offboarding
Du übernimmst HR-Projekte und hilfst mit, neue Ideen umzusetzen
Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Werte im Alltag spürbar werden
Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Head of People and Culture und dem gesamten Team zusammen

Dein Profil:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht (Kenntnisse in AT, FR oder NL sind ein Plus)
Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und verlierst auch in intensiven Phasen nicht den Überblick
Du bist empathisch, lösungsorientiert und unterstützt gern mit klarem Kopf und offenem Ohr
Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit, arbeitest selbstorganisiert und hands-on
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission:

You manage the daily HR operations across several countries
You’re the first point of contact for employees and leaders on all people-related matters
You ensure smooth and clean HR processes – from onboarding and contracts to offboarding
You take ownership of HR projects and help turn new ideas into action
You make sure our values come to life in the everyday
You work closely with our Head of People & Culture and the entire team

What you bring:

Several years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law (knowledge of AT, FR or NL is a plus)
A structured, reliable working style – even in busy times
Empathy, a solution-oriented mindset, and a calm, supportive presence
Self-initiative, hands-on mentality and the ability to organize yourself
Confident communication skills in both German and English
