We’re looking for a passionate sales talent based in Antwerp to bring El Tony Mate to life locally and help shape its success story in the region.
You will be employed and paid by Bullseye Distribution (our local distributor) and you will work exclusively on El Tony Mate within Bullseye’s portfolio.
Therefore you will report to Bullseye’s Commercial Lead and collaborate closely with the El Tony Mate team at intelligentfood.

What you'll do:
- Lead business development in and around the Antwerp area
- Manage a customer base across retail, gastronomy (HoReCa), and events
- Own the full sales cycle: from the first handshake to long-term growth
- Build strong partnerships and brand love across the region
- Plan and execute events, activations, and promotions independently
- Spot trends and synergies: turn insights into action and create moments people talk about
- Be the face of El Tony Mate locally
- Work closely with Bullseye’s Commercial Lead and stay in tight sync with the Swiss-based intelligentfood team to share learnings and wins
- Occasional evening/weekend work for events/activations
- A strong network in the Antwerp hospitality scene
- Proven commercial flair and hunger to grow your sales impact
- Analytical, dynamic, initiative-taking, and results-oriented
- Open, ambitious personality with high ownership and integrity
- Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity
- Driver’s license B
- Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Based in/around Antwerp
