Your mission

• You will be responsible for the entire invoice workflow from A-Z for our four entities (Switzerland, France, the Netherlands and Austria): from system entry and correct account allocation to approval checks and clarifications with internal and external stakeholders.
• You ensure that employee expenses via Revolut and Yokoy are processed correctly, completely and on time.
• You also support accounts receivable, including dunning activities.
• Payment processing as well as bank reconciliations are part of your responsibility.
• In addition, you take ownership of various smaller finance-related tasks that arise in day-to-day operations.

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on accounting.
• You have solid experience in financial accounting, particularly in accounts payable and receivable.
• You work with great attention to detail and always take responsibility for your work.
• You gain energy from completing your to-do list thoroughly and ending the day with a sense of accomplishment.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
