We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Intern to join El Tony Mate in the Netherlands for 6 months. As a fast-growing brand, you’ll be part of building our presence across the creative culture scene, students, sports, gastronomy, and convenience.Then join "Team Turbo" and start making history!
This is not your typical internship. From day one, you’ll be involved in bringing the brand to life on the streets, at events, with partners, and across social media.
What you’ll do:
- Assisting event planning and execution (from preparation to on-site support)
- Handle, review and execute incoming partnership and sponsorship requests
- Social media management and content creation supervision
- Support the creation and rollout of marketing materials (menus, displays, event materials)
- Coordinate and manage POS production and logistics for events and partners
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and activations
- Help manage and grow partnerships within the network of culture, electronic music, students and sports
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and be guided step-by-step and, gaining experience across multiple areas of marketing from brand activation to partnerships and events.

- You are currently studying or have already completed a degree in Marketing Management, Hotel Management, Communication, Business, or a related field
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy getting things done

- You’re passionate about marketing, events, and brand building
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You’re fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- A driver’s license is a plus
One day you might be working on developing materials for a restaurant, the next you could be at one of our cool events, or on the road with the sales team and everything in between. No two days are the same. You will be able to learn and develop yourself in a broad range of marketing topics and are able to dive deeper into the areas that interest you.
You’ll get access to clubs, events and festivals, have flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home or from our Amsterdam office. You will get a compensation of 500,- a month for 40 hours . And last, but definitely not least: El Tony Mate’s for free, all day every day.
