In Ibiza, we are already part of the scene. We work with some of the island’s most iconic clubs, collaborate with leading promoters and party labels, and are present in more and more of the places where culture and music truly come to life.

Now we want to go all in.
We are looking for the person who will turn El Tony Mate into an iconic brand across Ibiza.
If you are passionate about Ibiza, know its scene like no one else and want to leave your mark by building a brand from the inside, this is your project.

What you`ll own

You will build El Tony Mate across the whole island of Ibiza. You will be responsible for growing the brand within the HORECA channel; from beach clubs, hotels and restaurants to cafés, bars and the places shaping the island’s culture.

• You will be the face of the brand. As our Brand Ambassador, you will build authentic relationships with customers, partners, promoters and the local community.
• You will open new accounts, develop existing customers and make sure El Tony Mate is present where it needs to be.
• You will negotiate commercial agreements that increase visibility, product rotation and brand presence at the point of sale.
• You will plan and execute activations, events and collaborations that make the brand a genuine part of the Ibiza scene.
• You will manage your commercial budget and work independently to achieve your targets.
• You will train and inspire customers and distributors, enabling them to live and represent the brand with the same passion we do.
• You will always stay one step ahead, identifying new opportunities, trends and places where El Tony Mate needs to be.

• You know Ibiza like the back of your hand and are well connected within its HORECA scene from restaurants and hotels to beach clubs, clubs and nightlife.
• You have a strong network and enjoy building authentic relationships with the people who move the island.
• You have a commercial mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit. You spot opportunities, close deals and make things happen.
• You enjoy representing brands and feel comfortable being the visible face of El Tony Mate at events, activations and in everyday business.
• Negotiation is in your DNA, and you do not give up easily when pursuing a goal.
• You work independently, take ownership and bring a lot of energy.
• You speak Spanish fluently and are comfortable communicating in English.
• You live in Ibiza and hold a valid category B driving licence.
• Previous experience in HORECA or with beverage, lifestyle or FMCG brands is a plus.

For this position, the annual gross salary for a full-time position (100% FTE) ranges from €30,000 to €36,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competencies.
